Lately, Alexia has been experiencing many sleepless nights with dreams of Incan times, specifically a recurring scene of several young women dressed in white gowns escaping from a burning city, carrying large bags containing copious amounts of gold (unbeknownst to Alexia).  In the dream, the girls hide the treasure and are then trapped and unable to escape.

 

After doing some research, Alexia decides to go to Cusco, the very heart of the Incan empire, determined to discover more about her dreams.  Her best friend Nicole can’t let her go on the adventure alone so she joins Alexia in her quest.  When they arrive to Cusco, Alexia has a vision of a girl named Micay, a Sun Virgin dressed just like the women in her dreams. Micay tells Alexia that she is the chosen one by the Sun God to find the hidden treasure and release the souls of the Sun Virgins who died keeping the secret.
